- Once you have completed the enquiry form we will contact
you within 2 working hours.
- A member of our specially trained team will discuss your
situation and complete a full enquiry.
- If we can help you we will arrange an appointment to visit
you at your property.
- A Purchase Specialist will visit your property at a time
convenient to you. They will inspect your property and discuss all the
options available to you.
- On Accepting our offer, paper work will get sent out for
you to sign and return to 2nd Chance Housing Ltd.
- On receipt of the paperwork, we will arrange for a
valuation to be carried out, by an independent surveyor who is
registered with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Subject to valuation we will then instruct solicitors.
- We aim to exchange contracts within 7 days and aim to
complete within 28 days.
- In the event of an offer being made for your property you
are under no obligation to accept it. If you do accept the offer you
will have a 14-day cooling off period in which you may withdraw your
agreement to sell.
