  1. Once you have completed the enquiry form we will contact you within 2 working hours.
  1. A member of our specially trained team will discuss your situation and complete a full enquiry.
  1. If we can help you we will arrange an appointment to visit you at your property.
  1. A Purchase Specialist will visit your property at a time convenient to you. They will inspect your property and discuss all the options available to you.
  1. On Accepting our offer, paper work will get sent out for you to sign and return to 2nd Chance Housing Ltd.
  1. On receipt of the paperwork, we will arrange for a valuation to be carried out, by an independent surveyor who is registered with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Subject to valuation we will then instruct solicitors.
  1. We aim to exchange contracts within 7 days and aim to complete within 28 days.
  1. In the event of an offer being made for your property you are under no obligation to accept it. If you do accept the offer you will have a 14-day cooling off period in which you may withdraw your agreement to sell.
